Wanted a few days away and found this gem on the road between St Agnes and Perranporth. An ideal place for walkers and beach lovers, especially the surfers. Family owned and run; the hotel is welcoming, with great food and ambiance. There is a good choice of rooms with varying prices and all ensuite. Loved the chickens, especially the eggs for breakfast.

This is a a real treat. The hotel is so comfortable with a range of rooms to suit everyone. The beds are exceptionally comfy and there are family rooms which are very good value.
The owners are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The inclusive breakfast is superb, all freshly cooked (including freshly baked bread, home laid eggs and fresh local produce). Fills you up for the day! Superb evening meals are available if booked before 11.00am but there is a good bar menu too.
As for the setting it is excellent, great views but also very convenient for touring. it would be easy to get to most places in Cornwall from here. The local beaches are close and brilliant for ;surfers, families, walkers and senior citizens who like to people watch or take in a fantastic view. I would say , book this hotel and tour from here..you couldn't beat it for value, ambience and position .
Although I didn't see it , there is also a cottage on site for hiring that is self contained and can accomodate several people.
Just book this hotel , you won't be disappointed.
